How to store chocolate
Not all chocolates are created equal. Some are created with extra love. Others with impressive eye to detail. And some with that special artisan touch.
Chocolate is sensitive to humidity, odours, light and oxidation. Chocolate should be protected against light and air and stored in a cool dry place, at a constant temperature between 12 and 20°C. Always ensure that the packaging used to store chocolate is properly closed. You do not need to store in the fridge.
